On a previous post I talked about this 3d printer. Now Junior Veloso uploaded recently this video and I think this one shows better the way it works. Needless to tell, definitely I will buy this printer. Although I might need to sell things to get some money :( . Anyway wish you like this video as much as I did.

My First Engineer Project :3
Just as I dreamed, my first engineer project has arrived but not as I imagined. First of all there was not a main objective to achieve with this project (well maybe just making us involve on things such as electronics and mechanics). After a long research I finnaly came up with a (what I think it would be) interesting, fun, and quite good for starting with microcontrollers and electronics ... The Back to the Future POWER LACES!!!!!!!!!
Although there are already a guide on how to build a Power Lace, I will try to build it without any help of that information. Anyways, lets see how this first project ends.

A use for those useless Tetra Paks
Maybe you don't know but Tetra Paks are such a pain when you try to help the planet. They can´t be used for composting neither for recycling them after they achieve their main purpose. And this is basically because the composition is a series of paper, plastics and aluminum layers. But Ed Chew brought us a new idea, building lamps out of them.
1. Start off by unfolding your empty drink cartons and cleaning them. Cut along the line at the top and bottom of the box and discard these strips. Then, cut along the natural creases visible in the unfolded carton. You should end up with four “main” strips measuring 2.1cmx13cm and four “tie” strips measuring 1.8cmX13cm.
2. Fold each “main” strip into six squares. Then, following the creases of the squares, shape the strip into a triangle. You can use another piece of strip as a guide to make the first square.
3. After you have made two triangles, take one “tie” strip and thread the two triangles together.
4. Snip off the ends, leaving just enough of the strip to fold back into the 2.1cm width.

7. Repeat the steps until you have six triangles linked together to form a hexagon. Continue making the hexagon until you have about 108 (to make a lampshade similar in size to Ed Chew’s).

I had just started recollecting Tetra Paks for starting this project. Can't wait to have it ready to use. Here I leave the Tetrabox Community facebook page.

I will really like this one for a Christmas present this year :D
I've been following this blog long time ago. I really like the idea of owning one of this High resolution 3D printers. It would be great to have something in mind, draw it and just print it. Here I leave you the video which maintained me interested on owning one.
Although it seems that the realease date will be around the end of this year (which I doubt) it also be awesome to buy a not so nice but really cheap non Low definition 3d printer. There are plenty of sites who offers you the needed material for building them. Such as the Makerbot or the RepRap which are already on the market.

What makes you get nostalgia?
It had been a while since I saw my calculator watch, and it made me realize how fast the technology was advancing. Just remember as if it was yesterday that I went to school with my brand new calculator watch. Anyway it also made me realize about all the stuff I had achieve doing since then, and also made me stop and think about the lucky we are on living on a awesome technology era and how really some activities we achieve now days daily ,such as being on a computer and doing stuff on the internet or treating some deseases, wouldn't be common for people not so far in time.

Now I can't go downstairs alone
Freaking scary awesome, that is my description for Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Amnesia is a survival horror PC game. Although I haven't finish it, as far as I see this game is gonna make me fear the dark for the rest of my life. The story line and the incredible way it maintains you in suspense makes you continue playing even after they had put you nearly a heart attack. Something I really like about Amnesia is that it doesn't have scary unexpected pop-out monsters which I really liked, because it is quite simple make people get scared after this type of scary things but to keep up the fear through the entire game is really complicated.
As I told you before the suspense within the environment, the sounds, and the story line makes this game a masterpiece which is worth giving it a try. You can find a demo here or u can buy it here. On the links you can found a great video showing you the game play, but I would like to show you this other one, because although you might say the game isn't that much scary, i'm sure you will change your mind after playing it. As a recommendation you should try to play it at night with headphones.

On your mark...get set...GO!!!!!!
I don't really know the objective of this blog, maybe it will just be a series of great thinks I found around the web and a bunch of stuff I like to do. As for a start I think i will just talk about the recent mod I had started to use on my Minecraft, The Aether mod.
The Aether mod is one of the best modes I have found, basically because it let you ride FLYING PIIIGGGSSSS. The concept is quite interesting it is basically a heaven dimension. Flying islands with long waterfalls, three type of dungeons were you found interesting things which help on your quest and lots of new fun stuff ready to be discovered.
If you want to give it a try just click on this link and it will send you to the place with the latest updates of this mod, quite more information, and a video showing how easy it is to install the mod.
